Because medical specialist tariffs are high, we want to make certain that know our fee structure in advance and are aware of your responsibility in terms of payment.
Payments can be made in cash, using our card facilities, or by electronic fund transfer (EFT must be done in advance), proof of payment can be e-mailed to billinggynaes@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 0844024422.
We are pleased to share that we are also accepting medical aids, there is however a co-payment when using your medical aid. Please ensure that you have your medical aid card and ID with you.

PLEASE NOTE: Your Pap smear has to be sent to a laboratory and is not included in our costs. Blood tests are not included in our fees. We cannot dispense medicines so these have to be purchased at a pharmacy if prescribed by the doctor.

NEW:
Our practice nurse Dilla Bruwer is also available for consultation for pregnancy confirmation, low-risk antenatal visits, follow-up pap smears, and basic ultrasound scans (works under Doctor’s supervision). IMPORTANT NOTE:
You are ultimately responsible for your account including all outstanding amounts not paid by your medical aid for whatever reason.
For any tests, pap smears, blood samples, or biopsies that have to be sent to the pathologists: they will send the bill to your medical aid and if your medical aid doesn’t pay you will be responsible for the outstanding amount. The outstanding amount will be payable at the lab and not our offices, it is not included in our fees.
